  • Your housing contract includes lodging for the entire academic year with the exception of Christmas break and spring break.

For information regarding housing during these breaks please contact Abbie Van Essen in Student Services.

Over the summer, Dordt College provides housing to:

    • Students who are pre-registered for classes in the fall
    • Students who are employed on Dordt College's campus
    • Students who work 25 or more hours per week. If a job does not offer sufficient hours, please look into picking up additional hours in another department.

For summer housing, a $200 deposit is required but will be returned to the student when working more than 400 hours on campus by the end of July.

To live off campus during the academic year, students must be at least 22 years of age or live with relatives.

For further information regarding housing, please contact the Housing Office at (712) 722-6070.
