  • The Office of Housing and Residential Life would like to invite you to participate in the experience of a lifetime-on-campus living! We encourage students to live in residence halls because of the wonderful advantages that living on-campus has to offer. Convenience, commitment to academics, campus and community involvement, friendships, social activities, and educational programming are just a few reasons that students enjoy living on campus.

As Connecticut's public liberal arts university, we do everything we can to strengthen the connection between living and learning. The Housing and Residential Life program is an integral partner in the University's effort to provide a positive educational experience that fosters the retention and graduation of students. Studies show that students who live on campus are more likely to get involved and learn valuable educational, social and leadership skills. Statistics also show that students who live on-campus obtain higher grade point average than their off campus peers and are more likely to graduate from college than other students.

The residential collegiate experience is one of intellectual, social, cultural, and emotional development. Your participation in our residential program provides an unlimited opportunity for you to learn, grow, and share. The staff is committed to making your on-campus living experience memorable and filled with valuable learning opportunities.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your on-campus experience better.
