These videos give a sense of how each class is run.  After warmups and stretching, the class spends the majority of the time working on their shooting technique.

Video is used extensively in the class to highlight individual student's shooting and to help correct any imperfections in their technique. After being filmed in class, the video is available for the student to review via the web.
